India Enters Finals In Canoe and Kayak

On Friday, October 6, 2023, Day 13, Indian canoeists Shikha Chauhan and Vishal Kewat made it to the final of their respective categories of kayak and canoe competitions at the ongoing 19th Asian Games in China’s Hangzhou. Talking about the semifinal game, Vishal clocked the timings of 134.15 seconds to finish in the 10th place and despite a 56-second penalty, he advanced to the final round. India Cricket Team Through To Final

On Day 13, the Indian cricket team also made a place in the medal round of the event. Reportedly, Sai Kishore performed exceptionally well in the semi-final. Tilak Verma and skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad’s explosive innings helped Team India to propel into the final of the cricket event at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou. India triumphed over Bangladesh on Friday, October 6, 2023, to make a place in the finals. India beat Bangladesh by 9 wickets in the semifinal. The men’s cricket team secured a medal in the Asian Games 2023 after Harmanpreet Kaur-led Women’s Cricket Team won the gold medal.

The same is now expected from Ruturaj Gaikwad and his team. Indians are confident that the young guns of the Indian Premier League will win a gold medal at the 19th Asian Games. However, the history has been scripted by the girls by winning the first-ever gold medal in cricket in the Asian Games.
