The latest episode of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Kartik asking Kairav about her mother, while Naira gets emotional to see Kairav and Kartik together secretly. Kairav says that he doesn’t know where his mother went all of sudden. Kartik says that he has to leave as well as he has some work. Kartik calls Kairav mother and finds out that she forgot her phone at home. Kartik receives a text from Vedika asking him when will he return. He tells Kairav that he has to leave now as he got a message.
In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 4th July 2019 episode, Kartik asks Kairav, “Shall we click a selfie before he goes?” The two clicks a lovely selfie while Naira secretly sees them through the window. Suhasini tells Swarna on the phone that they are thinking about marrying Kartik off to Vedika, but they both want to remain as friends. Swarna says that when Kartik gets a girl like Naira, he would get into a relationship with her and that they must let him do what he wants at the moment. Suhasini says that she feels like she doesn’t want Kartik to marry Vedika. Swarna says in response that she only wants Kartik to be happy.
Lisa comes to Kartik and says she doesn’t know why Kairav’s mother Tina isn’t coming. Kartik says that they will meet some other time. He apologises for the troubles he caused to Kairav’s mother. He says he will never come into Kairav’s life and that he will not meet Kairav again. Naira thinks in her head that she has to meet Kartik and tell him everything, but she remembers the question Kartik had asked her that ruined her life. Kartik gets back to Suhasini and Vedika after spending some pleasant time with Kairav. Later, Naira apologises to Kairav while Kartik takes an unusual decision. What will happen next?
