In the episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we were seeing that Kartik is so disturbed and he asks what happened in between Mihir and Naira. Naira says yes there something happened and she leaves. She starts crying and takes the car out of the house. She is really disturbed and cries. She, again and again, thinks what Kartik asked from her. Kartik also remembers that Naira said this is the truth.
In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7th June 2019 episode we see that Kartik is so upset and shouts the name of Naira. Naira also starts shouting his name in the car. Then she was about to meet with an accident as a truck come by but the truck drivers stops the truck. Naira comes in senses. Truck driver shouts at her and asks if she wants to die. Kartik remembers what he thought and asked from Naira. He becomes frustrated and thinks why he has done this. Naira enters the tunnel area where several blasts were happening.
Kartik realizes where Naira went. Naira was driving by the road where the tunnel work. Naira drives by and workers blast the bomb. Then she drives her car there and a blast happened. Workers say that a car went there. Some people ask to call the police. Naira was in the car and she was unconscious. They call Kartik but he did not pick up the call. Kartik asks everyone if they know where Naira went. They all become tensed and asks what happened. Kartik doesn’t tell them. Workers were calling Kartik but he did not pick up.
