The day marks the birth anniversary of Louis Braille as the inventor of Braille for persons with disabilities. He lost his eyesight at an early age, although despite being blind, he did not let any effect on his studies and received a scholarship from the Royal Institute for Blind Youth in France. After that, he worked on a system for all blind people and invented such a thing so that he could read and write easily.
