Police sources confirmed, that Level three offender, Rotestan was arrested for rape twice earlier- the first on 11 December 2015 and the second on 2 February 2006. Nazareno said that the alleged rape of Rottenston that occurred this week “is not only horrifyingly similar, but it is also nearly identical to the conduct committed by the defendant during the events of 2005 that led to the defendant’s conviction in the Bronx County.
