Xiong is a California man and was stopped after driving aggressively. After his arrest, he was taken to jail and told police that he made a kill list and was on his way to the White House to kill who are in power. He is a 25-years-old and arrested in Lowa where he had an AR-15 assault rifle, body armor, a grappling hook among some other things.
He told to the deputy with the Cass County Sheriff’s Department that he was fired and was traveling to DC to take the picture of the White House, as per the complaint filed on December 21 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Lowa and unsealed Wednesday.
Along with this, the information are revealing that he attempted to penetrate the White House to assassinate the President of the country. It is stunning that a man can dare to walk into the Presidential area and aim a gun at the President. Well, the incident took place on December 29, 2021.
