After the investigation began, Gaurav Sharma self-admitted that he record a video of the holy place during the night of 6th November 2021 and his cousin Prashant, friends Abhishek and Mohit are also with him when they went to Nidhivan Raj. After he come back to Delhi, he posted the video on his YouTuber channel on 9th November 2021.

After the priests of the temple protested against him, he had to remove the video but the police arrived at his residence on 14th November and arrested him for violating the rules of a holy place. An FIR was registered under section 295A of the IPC and section 66 of the IT Act in the Vrindavan police station.
Prior to this incident, Sharma was also arrested for making a dog fly in a video in the month of May 2021. Later, the YouTuber was released and also apologized for his inappropriate actions. Now, the YouTuber was again arrested for another crime that he did in the Nidhivan Raj by violating the rules of the holy temple.
