The show had been running for over 2 months and was quite popular in India, majorly in South India. The show was hosted by a popular actor from South India named Mohanlal and he was the one who declared the name of the winner. Dilsha was crowned the winner and Blesslee was named the runner-up of Big Boss Malayalam Season 4.
“I wondered whether I will survive the 100 days on this show. For many days I couldn’t make sense of what I wanted to do on the show. But, I decided to just be myself and it wouldn’t have been possible with everyone’s support” she said after being crowned the winner. The first and second runner-ups were Blesslee and Riyas Salim.
After Riyas was evicted in the finals he said, “I never saw it has a game show. It is a reality TV show and I have always been true to myself.”

Dilsha Prasannan is a south Indian actress and is also a dancer, professionally. She was born on the 25th of July in 1991 in Calicut, Kerala. She has completed her schooling at a Government School in Kerala. Then she went on to pursue a course on being an air hostess at Frankfinn Institute in Kerala.
She works mainly in the Malayalam Entertainment Industry and is a participant and winner of the show Big Boss Malayalam. She has also taken part in various other reality shows as well. Some of them are known as ‘D4 Dance season 1’ and ‘D4 Dance Reloaded’. She was one of the finalists of D4 Dance Season 1 and won the D4 Dance Reloaded in which she was competing with her partner Rinosh. She also participated in the show in 2017, known as Dare the fear.
