Benjamin Azamati was born on 14 January 1998, in the town of Ghana, Akim Oda. Since his childhood, he was interested in Football, but as he grew up, he started to move towards the other games and terminated in athletics. Benjamin Azamati has also won the GUSA of 100 meters. On 25th March 2022, Benjamin Azamati again broke his own record with his 9.90-second race at Texas, in the United States of America. He was also registered as the fastest scholastic, next to Trayvon Bromell.
