The weekend is here with the new entertainment package on Zee Thirai with Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru this Sunday. The viewers who like to watch movies full of thrill are going to like this movie. Due to the Covid-19 situation, public places like gym, malls, and theatre are closed, viewers want something new to continue their entertainment at home with their family. This movie will keep them engage with the story and crime thrill. Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru is also known as D-16, and the movie was released in 2016.
This is a neo-noir crime thriller film which is directed by Karthick Naren. The lead actor will be Rahman. The whole new star cast will be seen in the movie. The music of this movie has been composed by Jakes Bejoy and the cinematography is done by Sreejith Sarang.
The film was released on 29th December 2016. After releasing the film, it gained positive reviews from critic and now listed as a super hit movie. Kannada movie Aa Drushya is a remake of this film which was released in 2019. The story starts with Deepak who narrates the story of a crime when he was appointed as a police officer in Coimbatore. The story revolves around three young men Fabian, Melvin, and Mano who hit a man with their car. They carry the body to their home when they were scared of the police case.
The next morning a police officer informs Deepak about a suicide case and give him the license he found at the suicide place. Deepak visits the crime scene where Gautam inform him about young men. They interrogate them but found nothing. While in their way, Deepak gets a call where the informer tells them about another incident. A girl name Shruti is missing for some time and blood stains on her bedsheet made everyone believe that she is murdered.
Deepak starts investigating the case and found that the man who committed suicide, is Shruti’s fiance. Mano, Melvin and Fabian try to throw a dead body in the pond. Deepak starts the investigation again and calls them to the police station. Mano narrated to him how they hit a man with their car and tried to throw his body.
