The winner of Miss India 2020 was declared on 11th February 2021. This is the Femina Miss India 2020 57th edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the whole process of the contest held digitally for the very first time. The contest was scheduled to progress in four phases with the grand final in 2021. The VLCC Femina Miss Grand India 2020 Manika Sheokand, VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 Manasa Varanasi, and VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 runner-up Manya Singh were crowned in the VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 Grand Finale. It was held at the Hyatt Regency in Mumbai on 10th February 2021. The participants were looking glamorous in their heavy gowns and their beautiful smiling faces.
Miss India 2019, Suman Ratan Singh Rao from Rajsthan crowned her successor Manasa Miss India 2020. Manasa Varanasi is from Hyderabad Telangana, She declared the winner on Wednesday night. She is 23 years old and a Financial Information Exchange Analyst and is ready to represent the country at the 70th Miss World pageant in December 2021. Shivani Jadhav of Chattisgarh crowned Manika Sheokand of Haryana as her Successor of Femina Miss India. She will represent the country at Miss grand international 2021. Manya Singh was crowned as Femina Miss India runner-up 2021. She is from Uttar Pradesh and the daughter of a Rikshaw driver.
The opening round of the pageant has led by the Miss World Asia 2019 Suman Ratan Singh Rao. The Grand Finale of the Miss India Pageant 2021 jury was Neha Dhupia, Pulkit Samrat, Chitrangada Singh, and designer Falguni and Shane Peacock. Actress Vaani Kapoor and actor Aparshakti Khurrana performed in the contest. To wear the Miss India crown is the dream for many girls but only a few girls can fulfill this dream. They work for months to take home the Miss India Crown. Many of the girls have graced the stage but Manasa Varanasi won the title and took the crown. She has made our country and her parents proud.
The beautiful evening of the contest has started with the amazing performance of Vaani Kapoor who was not looking less than a contestant in a shimmery dress. The actor Aparshakti Khurrana hosted the ceremony. Neha Dhupia shared her memories when she appeared for the Femina Miss India back in 2002. She won the title and her dream come true to wear the crown. She said that every year this contest held and it takes a long excellent memories.
