UPSC Geo-Scientist Mains 2021 admit card has been released on 26th June on the official website i.e upsc.gov.in. As per the schedule, the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Mains exam 2021 will be held on 17th July and 18th July. The exam will be conducted across the country on these dates. Candidates competing for selection to the posts of Chemist/Chemical, Geography and will be required to appear in the paper on 17th and 18th July.  The selection for the Jr. Hydrologists posts will be held on 17th and 18th July as well. Paper I & paper II of Geologist and Paper 4 of Hydrogeology will be held on 17th and 18th July. Steps to download the UPSC Geo-Scientist Mains Admit Card 2021 are as follows:

  • Visit the official website i.e upsc.gov.in
  • Click on the option “Admit Card Combined Geo-Scientist Main Examination 2021” will be displayed on the screen
  • Enter the registration number or roll number
  • Click on the submit
  • UPSC Geo-Scientist Mains 2021 Admit Card will be displayed on
  • Download the admit card and take a printout of the same for future reference

If any candidate fails to appear in any one or more of the above papers, meant for written examination for selection to the post of Geophysicist, Chemical, Chemist, and Jr. Hydrogeologist, his/her candidates will get rejected and will not be eligible for Mains exam. The candidates are required to check the e-admit card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of the UPSC immediately. Mention the candidate’s name, roll number, registration ID, and Name & year of the examination in all the correspondence with the UPSC.

Bring the e-admit card along with the Photo Identity Card such as aadhar card, driving license, passport, whose number is mentioned in the e-admit card, in each session to secure admission to examination till the declaration of the examination of the final results 2021. The candidates are instructed to reach before 10 minutes examination started. They are advised to follow some protocols at the examination center. They are

instructed to wear a face mask and carry a 20ml hand sanitizer bottle. No candidate shall be allowed entry into the examination hall after the closure of the entry. They are not allowed to carry mobile phones inside the examination hall. The wrist watches by candidates are allowed inside the examination halls.
