The goal is to reach the summit of a formation or the endpoint of a usually pre-defined route without falling. Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber, strength, agility and balance along with mind control.

It might be little look scary to the initiated, but the kangaroos’ jump session is designed to make exercise more is a form of locomotion or movement in which an organism or non-living mechanical system propels itself through the air along a ballistic trajectory.
