Chief of the Fairfax County Police department named Kevin Davis said the feud occurred on the second floor of Tysons Corner Mall between two groups. There was an armed man who fired several shots inside the mall. Furthermore, the chief of the Fairfax County police said that both groups consisted of three men each.
