The Triumph Tiger 850 Sport is one road-biased touring motorcycle that is going to be launched in India. This is the most affordable bike that has been listed on the brand’s India website. The Triumph Tiger is quite similar to Triumph Tiger 900. This motorcycle is a popular ADV in India. This is a new base-variant of the Tiger 900. Both the bikes have the same 888 cc, which has the power to develop 84 hp power with 82 NM of torque. The engine will deliver maximum power of 85 PS. They will launch the Tiger 850 Sport in the Indian market on February 9. The new Tiger 850 will be a replacement for the current Tiger 900 motorcycle.Triumph Tiger 850

If differentiate between two, The tiger 850 has dual-tone colours that are granite and Caspian blue and graphite and diablo red. The bikes have two ride modes with the 5-inch TFT instrumentation. It will be launch with other additional features. Tiger 850 will be a road-focused motorcycle that will feature road-biased tires. It will have no adjustable suspension with six-axis IMU. You will also get a slip assist clutch for a six-speed unit. The bike has two modes Road and Rain, the bike gets a Ride-by-wire choke. The traction control is switchable.

Bike gets the front and rear suspensions, one will be the premium Marzocchi suspension and the other one will be manually adjustable. The alloy wheel size for the rear wheel is 17-inch and 19-inch for the front wheel. The  Tiger 850 Sport has a lightweight tubular steel frame with a bolt-on aluminum subframe. The Triumph Tiger 850 sports get all-LED lighting. The upcoming Triumph Tiger 850 Sport will compete against the of Ducati Multistrada 950. As we have told earlier that this model will be the most affordable model in the Tiger family, we are expecting the price of the Tiger 850 Sport to be around Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).

The company has mentioned that they have made this bike for younger riders. It will help them with the A2 licensing in Europe. Triumph Motorcycles has revealed their latest offering, the Tiger 850 Sport will replace the premium British entry-level Tiger Sports 900 in the International market. The British bike makers will also introduce the Trident roaster in the Indian market. They are planning to launch seven new models in 2021 in India. They will launch these motorcycles in some special editions in the current product range.
