On Friday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Sidharth Pithani who was the flatmate of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in a drug-related case. Now, the NCB arrested the flatmate of Late Sushant Singh Rajput on Friday in the case of drugs which is also interconnected with the suicide case of Sushant Singh Rajput.
The official NCB said that “Pithani’s alleged role in the drug case, that emerged post the actor’s death, came to light during the NCB’s investigation and hence he was arrested”. This is the first arrest after two and half months of a 12,000-page charge sheet against 33 people in which Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and other Bollywood-drugs mafia probe case. The drug probe case also connected with Sushant’s death who suicide on 14th June 2020. He was found hanging in his flat and the reason behind his suicide still not discovered.
