Daniel Gill is a ShopRite employee and he was apprehended for slapping the former mayor he has been charged with a count of second-degree assault and other felony charges. However, those charges and allegations have been downgraded and revoked. As per the source, this matter took place last weekend and the accused appeared in the court on 27th June 2022 Monday in his uniform of the ShopRite store.

Daniel Gill faced the charges of a misdemeanor of third-degree assault, second-degree harassment, and third-degree menacing. The judge of the court released him on his own recognizance.
