The web series will release on Disney+Hotstar VIP”. This is a remake of British psychological Luther, and Crime Drama. Ajay Devgan has stated about his debut web series that the web series have made their
own place in the industry and some of them have set a mark on entertainment in India. I always wanted to work in a web series and I was waiting for fir a good script and my efforts are always in the direction of working on good scripts and talented actors. The digital world has already expanded and it made me look forward to the script I was working on for a long time. So now we have decided to release it on Disney+Hotstar VIP. Rudra-Edge of the Darkness is a story I fascinated about. I have worked in the movies where I have played a cop on the screen but this I will
play the more intense character as they are the demand of the script. This would be the complex and dark character that I will play in recent times. We have worked on this script for a long time and finally, the wait is over now. The audience will see me play an all-new character in this web series which is different from the character I played in movies. The makers have been started the production and they will shoot it in Mumbai.
Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, the production has postponed the shooting for the next month. They will start the shooting from the second week of May and there are reports that by the end of this year, this web series will be released on the digital platform Disney+Hotstar VIP. The star cast of this web series has been selected but makers haven’t disclosed the names yet. once they will proceed with the shooting it will be disclosed by the officials.
