The 4th Day of Navratri is dedicated to Maa Kushmanda because she is the fourth form of NavDurga. The name of Maa Kushmanda symbolizes as Ku means little, Ushma means Energy, and Anda means cosmic egg. The Devi is believed to end the darkness with her angelic smile. Another name of Maa Kushmanda is Ashtabhuja Devi because the Devi has eight hands in which she holds Kamandal, Bow, Arrow, Lotus, Flower, Nectar shaped urn, Chakra, and Mace in her seven hands respectively. The eighth hand is chanting the rosary giving all the Siddhis and Funds.
