The foundation of Children’s day was laid in 1925 and 1953, it was celebrated on 20th November but after the death of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru it was changed to 14th November and will be celebrated every year.
The day celebrated and initiated on the orders of Jawaharlal Nehru. Children day is also known as Bal Diwas and celebrated in Schools colleges and everywhere where children are the main for the premise.
