The teaser of the film “Mumbai Saga” has been out today. This is an action thriller directed by Sanjay Gupta. The film is featuring John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi. ohn Abraham and Emraan Hashmi’s. The teaser will reveal the character of both the actors. The story will dictate the world of Bombay before it became Mumbai. At the beginning of the teaser, it gives the introduction of Bombay and we see John Abraham as a gangster who grows from the street of Bombay to rule Mumbai. John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi have shared the teaser of the film on social media by writing “When Bombay wasn’t Mumbai and violence ruled the streets! Get ready to witness the Saga of the Year”. The shooting of the film started in August 2019 but due to Covid-19, they resumed it in March 2020. Then again the shooting started in July 2020 and completed in November. The film will be released on 19th March in theaters. The director of the film has been shared a poster on social media in 2019 and wrote, ” The legend of Bombay, the Saga of Mumbai”.
The audience has liked the poster and also waited for the film to release. The movie was slated to release in June 2020. Due to the pandemic, they postponed the releasing date. This is the first time when both the actors sharing the screen. John Abraham will play the role of a Bombay gangster in the movie and Emraan Hashmi will play a cop. The gangster drama is set from 1980 to 1990. The film portrays the times of the 80s & 90s which shows the changes in the city when people were closing the mills to built malls and high-rise buildings.
There are also starred Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, and Prateik Babbar in the movie. John Abraham has revealed the poster of the film while released the teaser. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Anuradha Gupta, Krishan Kumar, and Sangeeta Ahir. John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi teamed up for the first time in any film.
