According to the promo video, this episode starts with roadies on their way to the next campsite, Oudtshoorn where Kevin Almasifer takes Aarushi Chawla aside and apologizes to her for keeping quiet. But Aarushi and Kevin miscommunicate again which guide to Kevin losing the feeling of reconciliation.

On the other side, Kavya Khurana starts an argument with Siddharth Manoj reminding him that it was him who was telling that Simi Talsania likes him romantically. In the immunity task, team A decides that Kevin Soundous Moufakir will get the immunity while Aarushi-Arsh Wahi and Aashish Bhatia, Sakshi Sharma will get 1000 roadiums for each pair.
The next day, Sonu Sood welcomes the roadies to their new location, Highgate Ostrich Farm which scares several of the roadies. Sonu explains the terms and conditions of the immunity task in which the friend couple will have to do several small tasks to collect four ostrich eggs. A Major twist is that one of the friends from the boy pair has to drink the raw egg to complete the task till in the end. Kavya and Sid manage to complete the first part of the task and get the advantage of getting the three eggs instead of the four. Soon after, all the other friend pairs also complete the first part of the task and move on to the second section.
MTV Roadies 18 Today’s Elimination
By chance, Sakhi breaks an egg because her buddy pair to lose points. Aashish gets angry at her which causes her to cry while Baseer Ali comes there and comforts Sakshi. In the last the third part of the task, Sakshi is crying and tells in front of all that she felt disrespected by Aashish’s yelling. For the last part, Sami Talsania is the first one to drink the whole egg and complete the task. Soundous also takes part in drinking the egg for the experience. Yukti Arora Nandini G. arrives in second place and gets 1000 roadiums while Kavya Sid gets immunity for the coming the first.
