A few days back, some rumours informed that Motorola will be unveiled a new product in its Moto G series at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in February but didn’t unveil that. Well, the company has recently done a change in the leadership under which Sergio Buniac will now serve as the president and chairman of the company. Apart from that Motorola also informed that it would launch a new Smartphone in April.
Informing more about it, Motorola in a statement stated, “With over 20 years of service at Motorola, Sergio’s CV combines end-to-end industry experience including a strong track record of growth in leading our Latin America business, and he’s the right choice to lead us forward as President and Chairman of Motorola.” Along with this Motorola is now looking forward to sharing their first Smartphone of 2018.
Even though the company has not revealed anything about the new product, it is expected that that will be the Moto G6. As per some leaked information, the device will be available in three different variants, i.e., Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play.
Talking about the expected features and specifications of the Moto G6 plus, the device may have a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display and will offer 2160×1080 pixel of screen resolution. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor and will come in 3GB, 4GB, 6B RAM, and 32GB, 64GB ROM. It will carry a dual camera setup of a12MP + 5MP camera on the rear side. The users will get a 16MP camera on the front. A 3200mAh battery will back it.
In the Moto G6, the users will get a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display, and under the hood, it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, 3GB or 4 GB RAM and 32GB or 64 GB ROM. It will offer a dual 12MP + 5MP rear camera setup and a 16MP front camera.
The Moto G6 Play may carry a 5.7-inch HD display. With a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, it will be powered by a 4,00mAh battery.
