The latest episode of Kundali Bhagya started when Sherlin has come to the hospital and the episode shows that Sherlin tries to insist Rakhi to take her back home. Rakhi says to the doctor that the family will also take care of Sherlin and she should be gone with us. Later, Rakhi goes home with Rishabh and Preeta.
At night, Preeta was sitting on a swing and Prithi comes to her to talk to her. After this, Preeta stands up from there and is about to leave but Prithvi stops her as he says that we need to talk.

Prithvi says that they are not fools and they understood that it was all a setup. Prithivi saw the camera when he hugged her and inform her that there is a camera so, she will have to act unconsciously.
Later, Prithvi took Sherlin outside the room and they take her to the hospital. Prithvi asks Preeta that why she has been helping her when she doesn’t like her. Preeta says that she can understand the pains of others.
Later, Prithvi warns her by saying that don’t try to spoil his image in front of Sherlin and his family as well. She tells him that Sherlin is also strong enough and he will become a son-in-law of the Luthra family after getting marry Kritika. Preeta says that she will never let this happen.
Later, Rakhi and Karina help Sherlin when Sanjana sits beside her. Karina asks question to Rishab about Rakhi and she says that he went to take the medicine of Sherlin. Rishab gives medicines to Sherlin and Karina says to Sanjana that she feels happy when she sees Rishab and Sherlin together. Later, Mahira goes to Sherlin to appreciate her for the drama.
On the other side, Prithvi says to Preeta that he always like her well wishes and also says that to marrying Kritika, there is a motive to get attach with her and Sherlin. She calls him a demon and Kritika asks her why did she call him like this? Prithvi says that Preeta doesn’t have this intention.
