Tonight’s episode of Star Plus TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay starts with a conversation between Anurag and her mother, Mohini. Mohini cries in front of Anurag, saying I forced you to marry a wrong woman and you didn’t say anything and sacrificed your own happiness for our happiness, your father’s respect, and family business. Anurag consoles her mother. On the other hand, Nivedita also feels guilty. She tells Anupam that she’s feeling bad as she failed to understand Prerna. Anupam tries to make her feel well by saying ‘All is well when it ends well.’
In Kasautii Zindagii Kay 22nd May 2019 episode, Prerna’s family misses her. Prerna makes everyone happy with her surprise visit to her home. Prerna mother says to her that you look happy. She asked what happened. Did her father-in-law start talking after his shocking accident? Prerna says no, not yet. She tells her mother that Maloy’s condition has improved. Prerna tells her mother and brothers that she has finally defeated Komolika. Prerna tells her family how she exposed Komolika in front of everyone. Her mother hugs her and tells her that she is very proud of her.

Anurag gets happy thinking everything is good now between him and his lady love, Prerna. Anupam tells Anurag that Prerna has returned home. Anupam tells him to pour his heart out in front of Prerna. Anurag comes to Prerna to confess his feelings for her. Anurag sweetly confesses his true feelings for Prerna. He was about to say I love you to Prerna, but Komolika entres in Basu house with her father, brother, and police. Komolika tells her father that the Basu family treats her badly and tells the police to arrest them all.
Komolika says that Prerna has killed Vikrant. She says Anurag and Vikrant were business rivals and Prerna took advantage of the situation and she killed Vikrant. She goes on to say that the Basu family has tortured her a lot. She says that they all had planned to kill Vikrant. She says that she tried to stop them, but they ousted her from home.
