The IPL team Kings XI Panjab has renamed as Punjab Kings on Wednesday 18th, 2021. The Indian Premier League franchise has renamed it in the edition’s auction in Chennai. The officials have introduced the auction and the name and new logo were officially unveiled on Wednesday. Franchise captain KL has told that he liked the Kings XI but the team has more than just 11 players so it should feel like a family. He added that we have played some incredible cricket from the past few years and in many of the games we experienced close winning. I have been a part of Kings XI for the last three years and I have experienced this. Changing the name will bring us good luck and bring our teammates together.
