A nearly two-minute clip shared by police on Facebook showed a patrol car speeding toward the area where the pair’s latest escape vehicle, the Cadillac, was pushed into a ditch in Evansville, Indiana.

The video expressed that multiple officers holding Casey who was lying on the ground. While some people were watching by entering the car. It is reported that the murder defendant, serving a 75-year sentence, surrendered to the police without any resistance, but his accomplice allegedly shot himself before being arrested. He was taken to hospital with “serious injuries” before being pronounced dead.
The police footage showed authorities taking a handcuffed Casey in a White t-shirt, a blue button-down shirt, sunglasses, and black pants to the police squad car before they forced him over the hood and held him down because they searched his body. During a search of the fugitive’s car, several weapons, including an AR-15 rifle and 9mm handgun, and $29,000 in cash were recovered as it was reported that they were planning a shootout with officers.
The dashcam footage was declared soon before Casey was transported to Alabama. A trial has been scheduled in June for his original murder charge. It has also been reported that he will be thrown into the prison system once he appears on his fresh escape charges. “In county jail, you have people coming and going all the time.
