Drinking More Than 25 Cups Of Coffee Doesn’t Harm Your Health, A New Study Shows

As confirmed by the previous study that drinking excess Coffee in a day causes harm to one’s health including negative Effects to arteries which lead to heart relates issues, is not reversed by a new study. A study conducted at the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) conference in the UK confirms that drinking even 25 cups of Coffee in a day provides no harm to the health of a person.

Earlier, it was stated that coffee consumption leads to blockage in arteries, which serves as a transport medium for blood, carrying oxygen and nutrients, from blood to other parts of the Body. If something creates a blockage in arteries, it leads to load in the heart which can cause heart attack and strokes. But, coffee lovers can relax and have their favorite beverage anytime and in any quantity as they want to.

For the study, the researchers experimented 8000 people. These people were categorized into three groups. The first group included people who don’t drink more than one coffee in a day. The second Lot has people who have people wishing to drink one to three cups of coffee and the third group with people taking more than three cups of coffee.

The lead analyst of the study at the Queen Mary University of London, Kenneth Fung, said that  “Despite the popularity of coffee worldwide, different reports could put people off from enjoying it. While we can’t prove a causal link in this study, our research indicates coffee isn’t as bad for arteries as previous studies would suggest.”

When the researchers measured the stiffness of arteries of all these groups, they couldn’t find any difference between these groups. A person who belonged to the first group or to the third group. This showed that drinking even more than the limit considered for its consumption, there is no harm associated with consuming Coffee.
