Talking about his personal life then he was born on 1st April 1936, in Bhopal, India. He was a key figure in Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program. For decades, he was also involved in the black market and nuclear technology. Not only this but he was also involved in Uranium enrichment centrifuges, nuclear weapons design, missiles, and expertise are sold or traded with Iran, North Korea, Libya, and possibly other countries.

When Khan was a kid, India gained independence from the United Kingdom and the Muslim regions to the East and West divided into Pakistan. When Pakistan divided India, Khan moved to Pakistan with his family in 1952.
After that, he graduated in metallurgy from the University of Karachi in 1960. Then, he went to West Berlin to complete his postgraduate studies, and then he moved to Delft, Netherlands. In Netherland, he completed his master’s degree in metallurgy in 1967.
Not only this, but when he returned to Pakistan he got much fame and success in his prospective field. He was well-known for the name AQ Khan. On Thursday, Pakistani state media confirmed that nuclear scientist Abdul Qadir Khan has passed away due to COVID-19 Complications. The main cause of death is coming in front that he died of COVID-19.
Abdul Kadir Khan Health Update
According to Pakistan’s Associated Press, Khan was 85 years old and he was admitted to Khan Research Laboratory Hospital on 26th August after he was diagnosed by COVID-19. After that, his health was deteriorated due to an infection and he was taken to a ventilator in the hospital.
The country’s former ruling party leader, Sheikhbaz Sharif said that “The news that Pakistan’s Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan from Fahl (proud of Pakistan) switched to a respiratory apparatus is very shocking. people are upset and sad”. So, Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan has passed away due to COVID-19 Complications at Khan Research Laboratory Hospital on Sunday, 10th October 2021.
