“Watawi’ song would be released on Thursday, 16th June 2022. The song features DMW headline act, the top South African rapper David Adedeji Adeleke, and a Focalistic & famous DJ and producer Abidoza. The song will be published on all the streaming platforms and will be running with a video.

The American-Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer, Davido was born on November 21, 1992, in the United States. Davido’s real name is David Adedeji Adeleke, later his fans gave him the name Davido, and it became his stage name since then. Davido converts traditional African songs into worldwide mainstream rap. David has also won the Next Rated award for “Dami Duro” at The Headies, in 2012. He has released numerous songs since he started being famous.
Davido is the father of three children. His wife’s name is Chioma. Davio’s father Adedeji Adeleke is a businessman, and his mother was a lecturer at a university. He has five siblings, and he is the youngest of all. Davido completed his schooling at British International School in Lagos, and went to Oakwood University in Alabama for graduation in business administration. While he was in Oakwood, he started creating beats and bought some musical equipment. Davido also had to drop his music career to complete his graduation from the University of Babcock.
CKay was born on 16 July 1995 in Kaduna of Nigeria. His full name is Chukwuka Ekweani. CKay is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer from South Africa. He has been working in contract with Warner Music South Africa and was previously registered with Chocolate City. The Chocolate City is a member of Warner Music Group. He has produced many hit songs, such as Love Nwantiti.
CKay’s love for music had come from his father who was played a choir director at a church. He learned musical instruments until he grew up. CKay’s interest in instruments took him to learn music more deeply. And later CKay started his own music career, working as a band manager.
