The novel Coronavirus has taken the world by storm and now inching towards every possible region is India. Over 500 and the number of cases climbed crossed 15,000 in the country on Saturday. With over 1,300 New Cases, 27 Deaths Reported, 54 other districts in 23 States/Union Territories didn’t report any cases in the last 14 days, while 2,231 patients have been cured so far in the country, said Lav Aggarwal, Joint Secretary, Union Health Ministry. Coronavirus in Maharashtra updates
The top most virus affected area, Maharashtra has a total number of positive cases across the regions surged to 3,648 on Saturday with the State’s death toll rising to 211. The total patients in Pune division (of which Sangli is a part of) stands at 647 with 54 deaths so far.
Coronavirus in Delhi updates
In Delhi, a man attempted to commit suicide by jumping off the third floor of Safdarjung Hospital, saying he’s Covid-19 positive and that anybody approaches him he will cut his hand. He was seen spitting at authorities as they attempted to come near him. However, he was rescued in time. Here the state detects 38 positive reports in Tughlakabad, which has become Delhi’s third largest hotspot. Earlier most cases were reported in Nizamuddin Markaz and Chandni Mahal area. Delhi has been standing in the second spot of the most hit cases. The national capital has 1893 cases, out of 1643 active cases and 43 casualties, and almost 207 recovered from the virus.
Coronavirus in Gujarat Updates
The cases in Gujarat are increasing day by day, on Sunday, the state reported 5 more deaths due to COVID-19, taking the total toll in the state to 58. Total number of active cases in the state stands at 1452 including 94 cured, following 228 new cases are reported on Sunday.
Coronavirus in Madhya Pradesh updates
The number of coronavirus cases in Madhya Pradesh rose to 1,407 with five more people testing positive for the disease on Sunday. The state also reported three more deaths due to the disease, taking the toll to 72. Of these total deaths, 50 have been reported from Indore, the state’s industrial hub. The viral disease expanded its footprint to Rajgarh district, which reported one case in the last 24 hours. So far, 26 out of the total 52 districts in the state have reported COVID-19 cases. Indore, which has till now reported 890 cases, has been the state’s worst hit district. Count in Madhya Pradesh surges to 1,407.
Coronavirus in Goa updates
Goa is observing its glory after winning the fight with novel Coronavirus, the state had only 7 cases detected and all them recovered with no casualties. So far, Goa has not detected any new cases and now has become a Corona Free state. Vishwajit Rane, Goa’s Health Minister said, “Zero indeed has great value. Immensely happy to announce that all the Covid-19 positive cases in Goa are now negative. Very grateful to our doctors and frontline workers who worked tirelessly and risked their lives.”

In a post on LinkedIn, PM Modi said “Today, the world is in pursuit of new business models. India, a youthful nation known for its innovative zeal can take the lead in providing a new work culture,” He asked the youths to adopt a mantra comprising five vowels – Adaptability, efficiency, inclusivity , opportunity and universalism to redefine work cultures.
