Today, we are going to talk about the fifth match between Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka. Everyone knows that the madness of the boxing among the people is very high. We already watched that DeChambeau got knocked out earlier but no one sees the black side of the course.
In the previous match, Koepka won 4 and 4 after making four birdies. The match between both players is actually very interesting in which viewers will get some amazing moments in the fight between both players.
At one point, DeChambeau even asked Koepka why he doesn’t play so well week after week on the PGA Tour, and Koepka replied that, “I don’t play again until April,” and then added,” Not gonna lie, I just wanted to beat you up”. Overall the crap talk wasn’t compelling, though we really didn’t expect it.
Koepka told DeChambeau that he had a good par put on the second hole just after Koepka made a birdie to win the hole, which was funny. Then, after his third birdie in the first six holes, Koepka handed his putter to his brother Chase and asked the audience “Any Questions?”.
There was also a very comical moment when DeChambeau pulled the driver over a hole and worried about hitting him through the fairway and smoking someone standing in the distance because it was going to be too long and too straight.
Koepka reacted to him the same way he reacted when DeChambeau went after him at the PGA Championship in Kiawah in the now-infamous leaked video, which was part of the origin of this entire controversy.
The real show, it turned out, took place in the booth. Phil Mickelson and Charles Barkley were part of the broadcast team and were able to talk to players throughout the day. Mickelson took over early and never baulked. Barkley had a hilarious side to him as he asked him questions about shots at height and took him deep when he was injured with DeChambeau on lefty parasympathetic brain waves.
Ultimately, this was not a score-settling bout that was projected to last a month or more. If there is even a score to be decided, it will only be in a big-time tournament when these two are heading towards the same trophy. The fight between Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka is actually very interesting and outstanding.
