1921, the horror movie released on 12 January 2018. The movie is the fourth installment in the 1920 series of horror films which were super hit movies and made an impact on the audience. Till now audience enjoys watching those movies and that is why Vikram Bhatt came with this edition. He wanted to do something different this time. 
He brought Zarine Khan and Karan Kundra in lead roles. Karan Kundra is a simple guy which comes from India and lives in the foreign country, that proves out to be his mistake and gets surrounded by spirits. Zarine Khan who can see the ghosts came there and observe him, she then helps Karan Kundra. The movie released along with Kaalakandi, Saif Ali Khan starrer movie, and the Mukkabaaz. It was really tough competition for the movie to survive well as Tiger Zinda Hai is also running simultaneously in the theatres. So Vikram Bhatt considered the single screens. The movie did well on its first day.
The movie got mixed reviews and 4.7 ratings of IMDb. Overall it collected 12 crores til now, which is not bad as the movie is doing business steadily. Till first week it collected well 11.53 crores but after that from the second week, the downfall is observed. On 8th day the movie collected 51 Lakh and then on 9th day the movie collected 64 Lakhs. After seeing the fan following it is expected that Movie will run in race a bit more.
