Bharat which is Salman Khan’s recently released movie on Eid performed excellently on its first and second day. The film earned Rs 73.30 Cr which in India. On Friday the film has held pretty well at the box office. On Friday morning the movie shows opened somewhat slowly and registered an occupancy of 25%. In the noon the film picked up a good momentum and the occupancy raised to 35-40%. But, in the evening the film showed a big jump and the occupancy went to 70%. On Friday the movie continued its impressive run over, crossing Rs 100 crore.
Salman Khan’s Bharat Total Box Office Collection:
The Eid gift given by Salman Khan to his fans is going excellently well. The movie Bharat has a splendid start at the box office, and the movie earned Rs 100 crore till Friday. Bharat has had an excellent box office collection on its opening day. It had collected 42.30 crores on the first day. The film remained strong at the commercial circuits on the second day and earned Rs 31 crore on Wednesday at the Box Office. With Salman Khan’s stardom, the movie continued its great run at the Indin box office collection on day 3(Friday) and earned Rs 30 crore. The screen count is 4,700 across India.
Although the movie received mix reviews from the critics, Salman Khan fans are running towards theatre to watch his film. After having such a phenomenal run at the box office in the first three days, Bharat is likely to witness a further jump in its collection in the weekend. It is expected that Bharat will be crossing Rs 200 Crore at the weekend.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie is full of emotional drama, comedy, laugh, and cries. The film also featured Katrina Kaif. Most of Salman’s fans want to see him with Katrina Kaif in real life too. Disha Patani and Sunil Gover among other actors are also featured in the movie. Based on Korean film “Ode to my father”, “Bharat” is set on the backdrop of India-Pakistan partition.
