The breaking news coming from the famous Indian News Channel Republic TV. The Editor-In-Chief Arnab Goswami was arrested by Mumbai Police. Today morning, Wednesday, the Mumbai Police arrested Arnab Goswami and he was supposed to connect with an old abetment to a suicide case. He has been arrested for the alleged suicide of an interior designer of 53-years-old. The official statement of the case is that an Architect and his mother commit suicide due to unpaid dues by Republic TV in 2018. Arnab Goswami was supposed to suspect and arrested by the Mumbai Police today morning. Many people who followed Arnab Goswami and respect him are shocked and after knowing the information about Arnab they are amazed.
Arnab Goswami was Arrested under Section 360 and Section 34 of IPC
The CIU Inspector Sachin Vaje said that under Section 360 and Section 34 of IPC Arnab was arrested by police. Arnab Goswami claimed that he was physically assaulted by the Mumbai Police while he was arrested. After that, Republic TV reported that 10 policemen enter the house of Arnab and pushed Arnab out of the house. The main motive to arrest Arnab Goswami is to questioning him in connection with the case. The police arrest him on 4th November 2020, Wednesday and now he was in the Police station for further questioning.

Shiv Sena Senior Leader said His Statement for Arnab Arrest
After the arrest of Arnab Goswami, the Senior Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that “The law is followed in Maharashtra. Police can take action if they have evidence against anyone. Since the formation of the Uddhav Thackeray government, no action has been taken against anyone for revenge”. So, the reason for arresting Arnab Goswami is not to taking revenge on him but the main reason that is mentioned by the Mumbai Police is an old suicide case of an interior designer and his mother.
