The global technology giant manufacturer Apple Inc expects its MacBook range of laptops to excel in its growth rate faster than that of the Apple iPhone and iPad collection in the year 2018 as said by Ming-Chi Kuo, a Taiwan based KGI securities analyst.
According to the news reports, Ming-Chi Kuo expects the shipments of Apple MacBook to grow between 13 and 16 percent in 2018. Making a comparison of the iPhone and iPad selling, the results say that it could increase 4-7 percent and 8-10 percent respectively.
The reports from KGI securities came on the surface MacBook Air’s price was lowered on the web. Apple is having an event on 27th March in Chicago where the company would be launching it’s cheaper MacBook Air as well as the new iPads.
However, any official confirmation from the company has not yet revealed. But, following the keynote invite, which said, Let’s take a field trip” and “join us to hear creative new ideas for students and teachers.” It can be understood that there is going to come to a student-centric-device from APPLE that resembles something like the Google Chromebooks or Microsoft Windows 10-S based tools.
After following the current records, the MacBook Air is the cheapest of all times that comes in Rs. 77,200 in the Indian markets. The MacBook Air is powered with Intel Core i5 processor, 13.3-inch LED screen, 128GB solid-state drive, and 8GB RAM. The cheaper MacBook Air would be priced around $799-$899 in the US which explains that the rates in Indian markets would come around Rs. 52,000- Rs. 59,000.
