Once again here is a 5-year-old girl who is raped by a 13 years old boy. The case happened in a colony under the Vijay Nagar police station limit in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. The news made everyone sad and people share posts on social media.

As per the details the girl was caught by the accused when the girl was going to her tuition with her brother. Her teacher was not present but her son was there when the girl had arrived.
After safely reaching the tuition the boy went to her house back and then his mother sent him to the market. Then after the situation, the 13 years boy of the teacher has raped the small 5 years old girl. It is a terrible incident and everyone who got now about the news was shocked immediately.
After the incident, the girl went home back and because she feels pain and problem. She told her mother about the whole incident. The girl also complained that she feel pain in her lower abdomen. Along with it, her mother found bloodstain on her cloth. Her mother went to the police station and filed the complaint against the boy and told the complete incident to the investigation officer. The girl’s mother then filed a complaint with the police, based on which an FIR was filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and relevant sections.
There are lots of people who are demanding strict justice for the girl and many people saying that there should be an act which will immediately hand the accused after teh decision by the court. Unfortunately, the action, in this case, is not so strict and the boy has been sent to the Children’s home, Noida after the medical examination of the girl and when the 13 years old boy is found guilty.
